Job Summary
Conduct customer consultation and support for rs2 Accounting solutions, translating financial business processes into system requirements. Configure and adapt software to specific client needs while leading workshops, training sessions, and Go-Live hypercare phases. Collaborate closely with internal development and project management teams to ensure delivery success regarding quality, timeline, and budget. Generate documentation, specifications, and reports, and actively contribute to the continuous development of the rs2 product line.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Consultant im ERP-, Finance- oder Software-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Accounting / Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen oder ERP-Systemen
- Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse im Finanzbereich
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisetätigkeit: ca. 10 % pro Jahr
