Job Summary
Design and deliver complex enterprise document imaging solutions by formulating technical designs, developing applications on DXP/IDP/DSP platforms, and executing unit and user acceptance testing. Manage project timelines, collaborate with global clients on requirements, and handle ongoing maintenance, integrations, and incident troubleshooting while ensuring strict compliance with EU data residency and security policies. This role requires fluent German and English skills, a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields, and resides in Poland, Romania, Hungary, or Slovakia. Required Qualifications
- experience in software development
- full SDLC processes
- Document Management System (DMS) platform development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, VB.Net, VBA, XML, JSON, APIs)
- databases (SQL)
- experience with Globalscape
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- living in Poland, Romania, Hungary, or Slovakia
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation solutions
