Pruning, Weeding & Annual Care Crew Member

Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to commercial specifications and municipal codes while removing weeds by hand, wands, and light tools. Maintain planting beds through edging, debris removal, soil screening, and spot fertilization, operating hand tools and basic power equipment like string trimmers and blowers. Apply and replenish mulch per job scope, load/unload the crew truck, and maintain organized tool inventory. Report pest, disease, or irrigation issues to the crew lead and assist with seasonal cleanups, aeration, and overseeding as directed. Interact professionally with property managers and client representatives on-site. Requires 3-5 years of commercial grounds management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in varied weather. Bilingual candidates and those with ISA or pesticide applicator certifications are preferred.
