Job Summary
Prepare daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines while developing children's interests through creative activities. Maintain classroom discipline by supervising students throughout the day, managing bulletin boards with updated schedules, and appointing discipline captains. Assess and evaluate student learning progress, discuss findings with parents and guardians, and organize school activities such as excursions and sporting events. Ensure substitute teachers have access to time-tables and work plans, and stay informed on latest educational trends through workshops and seminars. Minimum two to three years of teaching English to Primary classes required with Bachelor's degree and D.Ed.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching English to Primary classes
- Bachelor's degree
- D. Ed/ D.El.Ed or B.El.Ed
- Teachers cleared TET/CTET
- Excellent communication skills
