Provide recovery support services to individuals and groups in crisis settings including the Crisis Stabilization Unit, Urgent Recovery Centers, 9-8-8 response calls and other crisis intervention scenarios under supervision. Deliver individualized recovery support, assess consumer needs, assist with treatment options, coordinate care with internal and external providers, and monitor progress. Document services thoroughly and in a timely manner. Serve as a role model for recovery, promote engagement, and participate in huddles, care and discharge planning, and staff meetings. Requires travel as part of duties and adherence to professional standards; must complete Lighthouse required training and follow-up as directed by supervision. Possess knowledge of recovery principles, collaboration with others, cultural awareness, and effective communication; able to work within an integrated team to support consumer recovery and stabilization.
