Job Summary
Contract PRP Coordinator responsible for coordinating and implementing Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program services for individuals with mental health diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing guidance to clients and families, monitoring progress and ensuring accurate documentation; role requires using personal vehicle to meet with clients in the community and conducting 100% of PRP sessions in person, with a minimum caseload of 10 clients and specified monthly visit requirements for adult and child clients; flexible field schedule with in-person community-based service delivery in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be able to manage a caseload of 10 clients
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
