Job Summary
Ensure a smooth flow of wet chemical production processes in our continuous shift operation. Analyze process deviations systematically and lead corresponding measures. Collaborate closely with shift leadership, production planning, maintenance, and automation technology. Continuously optimize and develop existing production processes. Steer and accompany implementation projects in the plant park, taking project leadership when necessary. Serve as the central contact point and interface to internal areas such as Project Management Office, Maintenance, R&D, and Procurement. Create and update work instructions as well as process standards. Full-time role with flexible working hours and teleworking options. Minimum gross annual salary of EUR 60,080.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieverfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und analytische Denkweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Prozesstechnik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Anlagensicherheit und Anlagendokumentation
- Erfahrung mit chemischen bzw. nasschemischen Produktionsprozessen
- SAP- und PCS7-Kenntnisse
