Job Summary
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new or existing production lines, focusing on welding, forming, and assembly automation. Design work processes, manufacturing sequences, process flow plans, and layouts, including associated documentation, resource lists, and master data. Define, procure, and oversee the acceptance of product-specific equipment, tools, and production facilities. Analyze existing processes to determine cycle and manufacturing times, optimizing workflows for quality, robustness, cost, and economic efficiency. Support new product projects and series launches by integrating Lean methods and production technical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau (Schwerpunkt Produktionstechnik) oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Techniker / Meister
- Erfahrung in der Prozessplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder im Industrial Engineering eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Kenntnisse in Schweiß-, Umform- und Montageprozessen
- gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und Qualitätssicherung
- gute Kenntnisse im Rahmen der Managementsysteme ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 9100
- Analytisches Denken
