Job Summary
Conduct interviews and workshops with business units to capture existing workflows, then structure roles and interfaces into clear BPMN process models. Analyze these models to identify optimization potentials and collaborate on practical improvements across the enterprise. Develop and maintain the company-wide process landscape map to ensure transparency and standardized governance. Evaluate opportunities for digital workflow integration and support their implementation alongside technical teams. This role sits directly with the Chief Information and Digitalization Officer to drive strategic process management group-wide.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Prozessdesign, Business Process Management oder Business Analysis
- Erfahrung in der Aufnahme und Modellierung von kaufmännischen, administrativen oder serviceorientierten Geschäftsprozessen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung, idealerweise mit BPMN
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Interviews, Workshops oder Prozessaufnahmen mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge, Schnittstellen und Optimierungspotenziale
- Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. im wirtschaftlichen oder wirtschaftsinformatischen Umfeld
