Job Summary
Conduct independent analysis, modeling, and documentation of business processes while identifying critical bottlenecks and optimization potential. Develop digitalization solution concepts for the open-source ERP system Odoo, including system configuration and data migration. Lead ERP implementation projects for customers through workshops and coordination with development teams and strategists. Prepare and deliver training sessions for newly implemented processes. Perform systematic analysis and evaluation of process data to drive continuous improvements. Work in a flat hierarchy with open communication and team-oriented collaboration. Enjoy flexible working hours and a choice between part-time (from 30h) or full-time (38.5h/week) schedules.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement
- Erfahrung im Management von digitalen Prozessen
- Erfahrung in Anforderungsmanagement (Requirements Engineering) und Projektmanagement
- sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel
- überzeugende Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Teams
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil
