Proximity Marketing Team Lead

Residential Canvassing Team Lead oversees and supports a team of canvassing representatives in assigned marketing territories, leading daily field efforts, driving lead-generation performance, and developing the team to achieve goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing the team; motivating members to hit sales targets; conducting performance reviews; developing and implementing canvassing strategies to generate leads and convert prospects; collaborating with the sales team on goals; monitoring market trends; providing ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling; ensuring professional representation and compliance with laws; analyzing sales data and KPIs to identify improvements; maintaining customer relations and coordinating with customer service for satisfaction; generating regular performance and market reports; presenting findings to upper management. Qualifications emphasize a High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least 1 year of door-to-door sales experience, at least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience, construction/home improvement industry exposure as a plus, strong leadership and communication skills, reliable transportation, background check, valid driver’s license, and E-Verify participation.
