Job Summary
Residential Canvassing Representative to engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned territories, generate high-quality leads, deliver pre-qualifying lead presentations, meet daily/weekly goals, and provide daily lead/appointment reports. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), access to reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, willingness to undergo a background check, and availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Full-time role with base hourly pay ($25-$40/hr) plus weekly performance bonuses within a dynamic, growth-oriented marketing environment. Enthusiastic, outgoing individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging homeowners and representing the company professionally. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience (preferred)
- Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for commuting to various locations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
