Job Summary
Provisur’s Product Manager for FMS and Automation shapes product vision and roadmap to deliver food processing solutions across global markets. You’ll connect customers, engineering, sales, and strategy to turn market insights into technical requirements, adapt products for international markets while managing certifications, support regional sales with product expertise, lead launches, and drive lifecycle profitability through pricing and KPIs. Role is based in either Mokena, IL or Flawil, Switzerland, with a hybrid work policy and willingness to travel internationally. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensure solutions meet international standards (CE, UL, FDA, ISO, HACCP), and enable global growth in the FMS and automation space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Industrial Engineering; MBA a plus
- 3–5 years of product management experience in a technical/industrial setting
- 3–5 years of automation experience in an industrial environment
- Background in mechanical engineering, automation, or plant engineering
- Food processing or related industry experience preferred
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Knowledge of compliance and food safety standards
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused, hands-on, and open to international travel
