Job Summary
Conduct outpatient mental healthcare services for adults and child/adolescent populations using a Fee For Service productivity model. Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven treatment in a modern office setting with full administrative support and digital EMR technology. Maintain an active Illinois license (LPC, LSW, or ALMFT) and collaborate within a clinical team focused on clinical excellence.
