Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling under supervision to support client treatment goals. Perform intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments while determining diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans. Participate in clinical meetings, coordinate service authorizations, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation. Support client transitions including discharge planning and respond to crises as needed. Provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance to qualified team members while facilitating specialty services such as trauma and co-occurring disorders. Complete required trainings to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Provisional license in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
- Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PLMFT)
- Ability to obtain full licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state they are practicing as a professional counselor or social worker
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in
- Willingness and comfort with providing telehealth services
