Job Summary
Deliver a mix of therapeutic, assessment, and workplace-focused psychological services across a varied caseload, including therapy with adults, adolescents, children, and couples, as well as critical incident response and injury compensation work. Conduct psychological assessments to inform treatment and workplace outcomes while collaborating with rehabilitation consultants and allied health professionals on tailored projects. This role is based in the Busselton office with flexible hybrid options and requires full or provisional AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, and a current driver's license. We offer competitive base salaries, performance reviews, and professional development allowances for training in areas such as EMDR and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Psychologist with full or Provisional AHPRA Registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

- Passionate about working with young people, particularly those aged 12 and under
- Experience in workers' compensation, injury management or rehabilitation
