Job Summary
Telehealth Provisional LMHP role providing outpatient mental health services to clients aged 6+, in a remote/hybrid Lafayette, LA setting.Responsibilities include conducting individual and/or family therapy via telehealth and in-person visits, performing initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, fostering client engagement with professional boundaries, completing documentation and progress notes, remote case management, and managing provisional licensure/credentialing paperwork within 30-45 days of acceptance. Must hold provisional licensure (PLPC/PLMFT/LMSW/CSW) and be able to work 16-20 hours per week, with private, secure workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and ability to participate in supervision and professional development. Proactive collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and participate in supervision/training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Current provisional licensure as PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in Louisiana
- Experience with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for telehealth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms
