Job Summary
Telehealth Provisional LMHP, PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, CSW, (Provisional Licensed Mental Health Professional) provides outpatient mental and behavioral health services via telehealth for clients aged 6 and up; responsibilities include conducting telehealth and in-person counseling, assessments and treatment planning, client engagement, documentation, remote case management, licensing/credentialing, and professional development; requires Master's degree in a related field, current provisional licensure in Louisiana, experience with children/adolescents, strong communication, ability to work independently in a remote team, and proficiency with telehealth platforms; 16-20 hours per week, remote with hybrid option, private workspace, reliable internet, and completion of licensure/credentialing within 30-45 days.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current provisional licensure as PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in Louisiana
- Experience working with clients of various ages with focus on children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for telehealth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote team
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms
- Minimum commitment of 16-20 hours per week
- Access to private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Willingness to complete provisional licensure and credentialing paperwork within 30-45 days
