Provincial Youth Outreach Worker- Contract until September 2026

Provincial Youth Outreach Worker provides assessments, intake, referrals, advocacy, and engagement with street-involved or vulnerable youth across York Region (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Newmarket). Responsibilities include conducting assessments and intake interviews in diverse settings, coordinating with 360°kids programs and external services, meeting with youth to set goals, documenting outcomes, resolving conflicts, advocating for services, referring to community supports, delivering group presentations, liaising with families and partners, and participating in supervision. Requires post-secondary education in a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, First Aid/CPR asset, criminal background check, valid driver’s license with clean record, and strong communication skills; French is an asset.
