Providers - Urgent Care - Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner

Provide outpatient patient care including procedures, physical examinations, and treatment plans within urgent care and occupational medicine settings. Arrange referrals for specialized medical needs not covered by the organization. Maintain accurate clinical documentation with a focus on proper coding and integrity in the electronic medical record. Perform non-patient facing duties such as lab and x-ray review, including telemedicine patient care.
