Job Summary
The Provider Success Manager will collaborate with the Provider Partnerships team to implement and support the Delfina Care platform in partner clinics. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with external clinic staff, tracking onboarding and patient enrollment targets, monitoring user experience, and creatively maximizing success. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and an independent mindset. A commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months and the ability to conduct in-person visits in Illinois are required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior healthcare experience in a clinical setting or a strong interest in healthcare - current healthcare students or new graduates welcome!
- Valid state driver's license.
- Proof of current automobile insurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Independent and creative mindset to relationship management.
