Job Summary
Receive licensed provider packets and process documentation to determine eligibility for subsidy childcare programs. Update provider profiles across multiple databases, review documentation for accuracy, and approve or reject submissions within required timeframes. Process TrustLine applications, enroll providers in payment methods, and resolve inquiries from providers, parents, and internal staff. Address verification requests, 1099 forms, and historical data needs while collaborating with Accounting and Payments Departments. Respond to customer service protocols and escalate complex issues as needed. Drive and travel regularly to support these duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Ability to effectively train individuals in both small and large group settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage daily workload efficiently
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong problem solver
- Sincere commitment to providing quality service to the public
- Represent MAOF professionally and skillfully
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid California driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Current automobile insurance
- Personal vehicle
- Physically capable of operating a vehicle safely
- Demonstrated ability to maintain cooperative and diplomatic working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and the public
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Must be fingerprinted and cleared through the Department of Justice
- LiveScan clearance
- Regular attendance Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Required to drive and travel
