Job Summary
Manage the provider portal and data systems for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship, and CCR&R programs. Communicate with childcare providers regarding expiring documents, update provider files, track received materials, and ensure compliance with agreements before Coalition execution. Develop expertise in program and contract requirements by researching state, federal, and local regulations and guidelines. Input and assure the quality and integrity of data in the Statewide Data System while supporting clients in navigating portal systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and 2+ years of related experience. Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with hybrid flexibility after the provisional period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training
- Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
- Hybrid/work from home flexibility after provisional period
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred
