Provider Revalidation Field Representative - Arkansas

Provider Revalidation Field Representative serves as the primary liaison between Gainwell, state Medicaid programs, and the provider community. Responsible for supporting provider enrollment and revalidation initiatives to ensure CMS, state, and federal participation requirements are met. Builds relationships with healthcare providers to drive completion of enrollment and revalidation activities, educates providers through consultations, webinars, workshops, and outreach, and monitors progress to improve participation and satisfaction. Travel within assigned territories may be required. Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). The role supports critical revalidation initiatives to maintain access to care for Medicaid members and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
