Job Summary
Provider Relationship Account Manager responsible for delivering quality, accessible service to the provider community. Responsibilities include maintaining positive provider relationships through on-site and virtual visits, communicating administrative and programmatic changes, facilitating education, resolving provider issues, triaging issues with internal partners, coordinating Joint Operation Committees (JOC), supporting provider surveys and corrective action plans, and reporting on provider utilization patterns to inform contract considerations. Requires collaboration across internal teams, travel to worksite as needed, and proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office 1-2 days per week in NYC or Iselin locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- minimum of 3 years of customer service experience including 2 years in a healthcare or provider environment
