Provider Relations

Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Tucson area. Represent The Treetop in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings to ensure families are referred to us first. Drive completed intakes by owning relationships that turn provider trust into families starting care and respond fast to incoming referrals so no family waits. Work hand in hand with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care while finding new outreach angles, including Tucson's large military community. Keep activity and relationships organized and logged to track what works. Requires ABA experience and existing connections in the Tucson market.
