Provider Relations

Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Tucson area. Represent The Treetop in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings to drive completed intakes and ensure families receive timely care. Respond fast to incoming referrals and work hand in hand with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care. Find new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Tucson's large military community, while keeping all activity and relationships organized and logged. This role requires ABA experience and existing connections in the local market, with uncapped bonus potential and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
