Provider Relations Specialist will cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory, collaborate with treatment teams to ensure care coordination, and act as a liaison to enhance client and family outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing territory, developing outreach plans, securing new referral channels, planning conferences and events, delivering presentations, responding to inquiries through admission, and driving business growth through strategic relationship management. Qualifications emphasize 2+ years in sales/business development/account management, CRM (Salesforce) experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; travel up to 70-90% within the assigned territory (Nashville, TN area) with remote-based work structure.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, communications, psychology, or social work) or 4+ years of relevant experience in absence of degree
