Job Summary
Provider Relations Specialist to cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory across NY, collaborating with treatment teams to coordinate care, analyze territory opportunities, and develop outreach plans. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings with key decision makers, planning conferences and tours, expanding referral channels, responding to inquiries to support referrals through admission, and executing quarterly/annual business development plans. Requires remote work with 70-90% travel within NY state, and residence in NY. Salary range $85,000-$105,000 with uncapped incentive potential. Must have 2+ years in sales/business development/account management, CRM experience, and a valid driver’s license; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in absence of bachelor’s degree, high school diploma plus 4+ years of relevant experience
