Job Summary
Provider Relations Specialist responsible for cultivating and managing referring provider relationships within a designated NJ territory; coordinate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination and enhance patient/family experience; develop and execute outreach plans to expand program reach; travel 70-90% within North/Central NJ and surrounding areas; remote-based with NJ residency; leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage relationships and measure outcomes; strong emphasis on professional relationship development, communication, business planning, and territory growth; schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with some evenings/weekends for events; requires ability to conduct face-to-face meetings, conferences, and tours, and to respond to referrals and admissions efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred but not required
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Must possess a current, valid S. Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; in absence, high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
- Clinical background preferred but not required
