Job Summary

Cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within a designated territory by analyzing market data, developing comprehensive outreach plans, and executing quarterly and annual business development strategies. Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs, address barriers, and create community partnerships while developing new referral channels to increase program reach. Respond immediately to service inquiries and provide support from the initial call through admission, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination with internal and external teams. Plan and execute presentations, tours, and attendance at conferences and networking events to expand community impact. Requires permanent NY residence, 70-90% travel, and a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience working in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Must possess a current, valid S. Driver's License
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • high school diploma in addition to 4+ years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach
  • Preference for a degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work
  • Clinical background
