Provider Relations Representative

Conduct regular touchpoints and executive check-ins with assigned healthcare providers to manage onboarding, issue resolution, and relationship satisfaction. Coordinate end-to-end provider activation including portal registration, EFT setup, and credentialing handoffs while tracking milestones and removing blockers. Deliver training on program policies and billing requirements, maintain a library of reference materials, and resolve escalated claims and enrollment issues through defined escalation pathways. Partner with Provider Data, Credentialing, Claims, and IT teams to drive process improvements and ensure SLA compliance. Maintain audit-ready documentation and analyze satisfaction metrics to prioritize outreach and training topics.
