Provider Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and execute provider site visits, including agenda creation, routing, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical partners before, during, and after visits, ensuring timely communication. Prepare visit materials, orientation packets, and documentation; greet providers, escort them through departments, and address real-time needs. Partner with nursing, medical staff services, operations, HR, and leadership to ensure a seamless experience. Identify and escalate provider concerns, workflow barriers, or operational issues to appropriate leaders. Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and follow-up actions to support reporting. Foster positive relationships with providers to support engagement and retention. This role supports Ardent Health's mission of making healthcare better and easier to access across its 30 hospitals and 280 sites of care.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, customer service, or administrative coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical and non‐clinical teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field preferred
