Job Summary
Lead planning, development, and management of provider-facing publications and communications supporting Medicaid program operations, provider education, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Serve as primary liaison for provider communications. Develop and publish newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational resources. Coordinate with partners and compliance to ensure accuracy. Translate complex policies into clear communications. Manage publication schedules and approval workflows. Support provider outreach through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, healthcare operations, Medicaid programs, or a related healthcare environment
