Job Summary
Provider Partnerships Regional Manager leads and develops a team of Provider Partnerships Managers to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers. Field-forward leadership role with 3+ days per week in the field coaching live provider meetings and ride-alongs, hiring/training/onboarding new team members, conducting regular pipeline reviews and account planning, and using data to inform strategy. Requires a proven track record in healthcare sales/BD, strong coaching and relationship-building skills, comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, and a data-driven mindset with Salesforce proficiency. The role emphasizes hands-on field activity, mentorship, and driving performance through in-person engagement with providers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales management experience
- experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
- comfortable in the field spending majority of week with reps
