Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Manager)

Job Summary
Field-based Provider Partnerships Manager responsible for growing a provider referral territory through in-person engagement with healthcare providers, building partnerships, and achieving referral objectives. Drive patient referrals to Nourish by meeting with physicians, specialists, medical staff, and administrators, prospecting new offices, and maintaining momentum within existing accounts. Leverage relationship-building, territory planning, and Salesforce CRM to track activity, pipeline, and performance while partnering with leadership to scale the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or other high-performance environments
- A track record of hitting goals, competing, or outperforming expectations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to spend most of your week in the field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities at once
