Job Summary
Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Manager) will own and grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and their teams. This field-based sales role focuses on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building, strategic territory growth, and consistent in-person engagement with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators. You will prospect new offices, create referral partnerships, grow referral volume within existing accounts, educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes, drive toward monthly referral goals, manage your territory like your own business, and track activity and pipeline in Salesforce. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tampa, FL, with a high-performance, autonomous team culture and opportunities for rapid career growth.
