Act as the "boots on the ground" to expand community awareness by ensuring referral sources like pediatricians and schools know the organization's mission. Develop and sustain meaningful connections with schools, daycares, and parent groups while coordinating outreach activities and distributing marketing materials. Manage thank-you cards, outreach calls, and Salesforce records to track impact and engagement, working alongside Specialists to ensure seamless service within shared territories. Maintain a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with up to 70% travel within an assigned territory. This role supports families who need life-changing therapy by providing a bridge to access services, fostering a collaborative culture where children and team members feel empowered.
