Job Summary
Join the Delfina Growth team as a Provider Partnerships Consultant to promote a maternal health platform across Maryland and the DMV area. Responsibilities include prospecting clinical partner locations, conducting in-person visits to explain Delfina Care's value, managing ongoing relationships, overseeing site launches, and assisting with contracting for new partners. Ideal candidates are extroverted with strong communication, organizational skills, and a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week for at least 3 months. The role offers $30-$35 per hour with potential incentive pay and travel reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of nursing or healthcare provider experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail
- Independent and creative mindset to sales outreach
- Valid state driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred
