Job Summary
Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Manager) drives provider referral growth in a local market through field-based relationship-building with physicians, medical staff, and healthcare administrators. Responsibilities include spending ~5 days/week in the field, prospecting new offices, growing referral volume, educating providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care, meeting monthly referral goals, managing the territory like a small business, tracking activity and pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborating with leadership to scale the organization. Early-career sales-focused candidate who is competitive, resilient, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Location to be in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or other high-performance environments
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- coachable and curious
- willingness to spend most of the week in the field
- experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus, not required
- ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize workload
