Job Summary
Conduct daily on-site office reviews and administer network recruitment to strengthen provider participation. Educate dentists and office managers on benefit policies, claims processes, and technology adoption through visits and communications. Analyze cost reports to improve provider performance and resolve difficult claims issues by working with internal resources. Represent the company at trade shows, health fairs, and dental summits while maintaining required reporting standards. Assist in problem resolution, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate oral health presentations to educational institutions. Manage CAP office performance and obtain provider recommendations to support network expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field (or relevant work experience)
- Dental knowledge with five (5) or more years of office experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Up to 50% local travel required
- Problem solving and training experience
- Ability to make good judgment conclusions based on data available with minimal supervision
