Job Summary
Provider Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to licensed psychologists, spark genuine interest, and hand warm candidates to our clinical recruiting team for interviews. You’ll work from Scout, manage a daily list of qualified clinicians, and execute sequencing, scheduling, and tracking. This role is 25 hours/week, remote (US), contract part-time to start with a path to permanent based on performance. Responsibilities include running ~500 outbound calls and ~1,000 emails per week, having warm consultative conversations with licensed psychologists, booking interviews, logging outcomes, meeting weekly activity targets, and providing actionable feedback to improve messaging. Required qualifications emphasize 1–3 years in a high-volume outbound role, strong phone presence, organization, clear communication, and a data-driven mindset; bonus for healthcare/clinical recruiting experience and CRM/sequencing familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a high-volume outbound role: SDR/BDR, recruiting/sourcing, inside sales, or phone-based fundraising/admissions
- Genuinely comfortable on the phone
- Organized and consistent; able to run the same sequence 100x/week with follow-ups
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coachable and metrics-driven; want to see and beat your numbers
- Bonus: experience recruiting clinicians, healthcare; familiarity with a CRM/sequencing tool
