Job Summary
Coordinate and support the day-to-day functions of new PPG provider onboarding and recruitment processes under the Manager of Physician Recruitment. Oversee PPG New Provider Orientation tasks and duties as assigned while supporting the department's data needs and collaborating with the Onboarding and Recruitment teams on projects. Prepare reports, create spreadsheets, and maintain database information for new providers, utilizing extensive knowledge of Windows operating system software including Word, Excel, Access, and Publisher. Requires an Associate's degree or comparable healthcare knowledge and exceptional communication skills with providers and practice managers.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or knowledge and skills gained in a health care related field
- Exceptional skills for working in a team environment
- Exceptional skills for communicating with all providers, hospital administrators, Medical Directors, Physician Executives and Practice Managers
- Extensive knowledge of principals and practice of onboarding new providers
- Extensive knowledge of windows operating system software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Power Point
