Provider Operations Coordinator
$50,000–$55,000 year
HybridToronto, Ontario, Canada
Job Summary
Triage the provider support inbox and Slack channel, routing inquiries to the right owner and responding directly as needed. Coordinate new providers through the onboarding process end-to-end, while supporting weekly KPI monitoring across specialties and jurisdictions. Deliver administrative support for mass provider communications, drafting and shipping content through HubSpot, and manage the monthly regulatory scan to track changes in healthcare laws across provinces and territories. - Strong written communication skills — you can respond to inbound inquiries clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Strong prioritization skills — you can juggle inbox triage, onboarding queues, KPI pulls, and ad-hoc requests, and know when to escalate versus resolve
