Provider Nurse Float - LPN/CMA

Provider Nurse Float position at ECHO Community Healthcare in Evansville, IN. Float between John Street and Division Street Clinics; full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with no weekends or evenings. Provides age-specific nursing care and treatment as ordered by RN, Physician, and NP; collaborates with Providers and Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes and to coordinate services within an integrated health care delivery system.
