Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary
Recruit specialty medical offices for national networks by initiating contact via phone, email, and mailings, then managing the full process from initial engagement to onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with providers while serving as the primary liaison between recruited offices, upper management, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Provide weekly status reports tracking recruitment progress by state and collaborate with the Credentialing Team to ensure compliance during provider transitions. Support special projects related to network expansion as needed. This role requires experience recruiting in the optical or audiology care industries and familiarity with credentialing regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting medical offices, especially within the optical or audiology care industry.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts and meet set goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding and credentialing processes is a plus.
