Job Summary
Provider Network Manager Sr develops the provider network through contract negotiations, relationship development, and servicing. Serves as a key resource for contracting staff and provides mentoring and on-the-job training and development. Works independently with high judgment and discretion; may work on projects impacting the business unit and collaborate with sales for employer-group presentations. Ensures network composition includes appropriate provider specialties and prepares financial projections with analysis. Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years’ contracting/provider relations experience. Must reside within commuting distance of Elevance Health Pulse Point Location in Pennsylvania. Job is Hybrid: in-office 1 day per week with remote flexibility, and time onsite as required. Job level is Senior Non-Management Exempt; 1st Shift in the United States. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in contracting, provider relations, and provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience
