Job Summary
Provider Network Manager overseeing contracts between DWIHN and assigned network providers; serves as primary liaison between the Network and providers; leads a virtual interdepartmental team; collaborates with Finance, IT, Recipient Rights, Quality Management, and Clinical Services to resolve contractual issues; facilitates implementation of new contracts, ensures provider training, maintains compliance and data reporting, and prepares Board actions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, five years of post-degree experience in behavioral healthcare with management responsibilities, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in the Human Services, the Social Services, Nursing, Public Health, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five (5) years of post-degree professional experience in behavioral healthcare or community mental health with management, administrative or supervisory duties and responsibilities
- A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record
