Job Summary
Develop the provider network in Colorado through contract negotiations and relationship development with large health systems and affiliated physician groups. Lead complex, multi-faceted negotiations for non-standard arrangements while preparing financial projections and conducting analysis to drive value-based initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert for local contracting efforts and act as a communication link between providers and the company, collaborating with sales teams on presentations to employer groups. Manage field staff priorities and assist in network development planning. This role requires a BA/BS degree with eight years of contracting experience and involves hybrid work, with three days per week in-office in Denver, CO.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- minimum of 8 years' experience in contracting (value-based, shared savings, and ACO development)
