Job Summary
Conduct provider assessments, manage documentation and data collection, and coordinate service referrals within a team environment. Deliver reporting and integrity while maintaining confidentiality for children and families. Travel approximately 10% to community events, trainings, and agency locations. This full-time hybrid role supports CCRC's mission to cultivate child, family, and community well-being across Northern Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience working with children and families
- Direct experience supporting children ages birth to five
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures
- Excellent organizational and computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly skilled at data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrated effective customer service to quickly establish and maintain cooperative and effective professional relationships
- Ability to build trust and rapport in a limited time
